EpochX release notes

What's new in EpochX, newest first. Keep an eye on this page as we release more features. Our team is cooking up a storm!

: EpochX is generally available

EpochX is now available to every customer. EpochX lets field marketing teams build, run, and measure in-person events like executive dinners, workshops, and conferences, and do most of it by asking an AI agent instead of clicking through settings. Here is what you can do at launch.

Event pages. Describe your event in plain words and the builder creates the site: the event page, agenda, speakers, FAQ, and registration form, in your brand colors. Edit through the chat or directly on the page, preview, and publish. You can also put the site on your own domain, like rsvp.yourcompany.com.

Registration. Build multi-page registration forms with conditional questions and file uploads. Limit registration to an invite list, a password, or your company's SSO login, and require approval when you need it.

Tickets and payments. Sell tickets through your own Stripe account, with ticket tiers, early-bird windows, coupons, automatic deals, and session passes. Tickets can require approval before the guest is charged.

Sessions and waitlists. Split an event into sessions with their own capacity, registration rules, and cut-off dates. When a session is full, guests join a waitlist, and you choose how spots are released.

Guests and contacts. Manage every guest in one list, with filters, saved views, Groups, and bulk edits. Pull contacts from HubSpot or Salesforce into an invite list and invite them in one step.

Emails. Write event emails with AI help, choose exactly who gets each one, and schedule them around the event or each session. Times show in each guest's own time zone, and emails can come from your own domain.

Check-in. Check guests in by scanning their QR code or tapping their name, add walk-ups, and give volunteers a check-in link that needs no login. Guests who registered but did not come are marked as no-shows automatically.

CRM. Connect HubSpot or Salesforce. EpochX writes back who was invited, registered, and attended, so your sales team sees it where they already work.

Working with your team and partners. Share part of the guest list with sales reps, partners, or vendors, and control exactly what each person can see and change.

Your AI assistant. Connect Claude or another AI assistant to EpochX and run your events by asking, for example "invite the VPs from our HubSpot list to the Boston dinner and tell me who has registered."
